Hello!

Hi! My name is Ella. I write dark fantasy/horror novels set in contemporary worlds. My books are currently in three series: the Mage Blood series, the Ravager series, and the Immortals series. More detailed information on each of those is below, but here is the tl;dr:

The Ravager Series- Raven Rossi is a monster. She was raised in a violent situation and wants none of it anymore. She’s lived alone for years, but a chance encounter finds her moving to a secluded hotel in the mountains for a job. Things do not go as planned, and Raven must find a way to balance becoming a vampire’s pet to keep herself alive, saving her new coworkers, and figuring out who and what she wants to be. This is a trilogy with the finale releasing in 2026. All books in this series have NSFW scenes. This dark supernatural survival adventure has a soft female main character who does not want to be the rage-filled weapon everyone wants her to be.

Mage Blood Series– My darkest series. Each novel follows a different woman who enters the magical, but often brutal, mage world. These are magical thriller/adventure stories about surviving a world designed to control and break them. These books are not romances. These books can be read in any order, but I’d recommend reading them in publication order.

Immortal Series- The lightest fare I currently offer. Patience Red grew up with a loving foster father and her magic-gone-awry foster siblings, but on her 20th birthday, she must leave home and begin working for the man who currently owns her deceased mother’s debts. Patience is sassy, scrappy, and has never met a rule she wasn’t willing to break to keep herself, her brother, and her new friends alive.

About Me

I have always been a writer, but it wasn’t until I was in my early 20s, while teaching abroad in Japan, that I finished my first novel. I wrote several more novels over the next few years before publishing in 2023. Since then, I have released 8 full-length novels with another two slated for 2026.

I write dark stories that are not for everyone. Everything has multiple trigger warnings, but I will try to make this clear here as well. There is violence. There is death. There is abuse. There is manipulation. There are permanent psychological and physical injuries that characters will carry forever. But there is also so much more. Perseverance. Light. Love. Friendship. Family. Hope.

I am beyond grateful for all of the love and support I have received so far. The fact that there are more than 900 copies in the world, plus over 200,000 pages read on Kindle Unlimited, blows my mind. I appreciate each and every one of you! But her quiet life on the outskirts of the mortal world changes forever on her 20th birthday when she must leave the safety of her foster father’s house and go work for the company that currently owns her debts.

As her debt holder only views people with strong magic as being worth long-term investment—and Patience has always hidden her odd little powers from him—Patience has officially reached expendable status. As working dangerous jobs until one eventually gets her killed is not her ideal version of immortality, Patience soon runs off and attempts to free herself of her debt contract. All she has to do is navigate a bureaucratic world she knows very little about to find a way to get someone to release her from her debt contract. A contract that she does not have, has never seen, and doesn’t know the actual terms of. All while being tailed by assassins and bounty hunters.

Surviving to see her next birthday just might take a miracle.
